Nigerian HR tech SaaS PaidHR introduces PaidHiring.

PaidHiring, an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is the latest addition to Paid HR’s expansive product suite.

Paid HR, formerly known as Pade HCM is a Nigerian HR tech SaaS startup building Africa’s largest database of verified earners, via end-to-end HR and Payroll technology. Since its inception in 2020, it has aided over 100 African businesses to simplify, automate and efficiently execute HR and administrative tasks on its platform.

It offers a comprehensive range of services including Employee Information Management, Leave, Loans & Salary Advances, Procurement, Performance Management and Payroll, by leveraging AI for HR Analytics. In the wake of a remarkable 41% year-on-year growth in 2023, and following the successful processing of a staggering ₦11 billion ($12 million) in salaries for its clients, the startup is introducing a revised pricing structure that includes no upfront fees as well as launching PaidHiring, an applicant tracking system (ATS).

This new product, expanding PaidHR’s range of services, follows the introduction of an Earned Wage Access feature in October 2023 which allowed employees to access their wages before payday, providing relief from the ongoing inflation across the continent, particularly in Nigeria.

The PaidHiring module centralizes the hiring process, making it easier for HR professionals and hiring managers to manage their recruitment pipelines effectively. Using PaidHiring, client companies centralize applicant information, streamline application processes, enhance hiring pipelines, and customize approval workflows. All of which aid the process of finding the right talent with ease, marking the start of a journey towards goal fulfillment.
