This strategic development follows the recent signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Bosun Tijani, the Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, and Aminu Maida, the Executive Vice Chairman of the NCC, with Nokia Solutions and Networks Nigeria.
