Growth4Her Accelerator 2024

Applications are now open for the fourth cohort of the highly anticipated Growth4Her Investor Readiness Accelerator, a six-month program aimed at bridging the gender financing gap for women entrepreneurs in Nigeria. Growth4Her empowers women-led businesses across West and Central Africa by providing them with essential tools and resources to transition from small enterprises to scalable, investment-ready ventures.

Growth4Her is specifically designed for businesses that are either at least 51% owned by a woman or have 20% female ownership and a female CEO or COO. Eligible businesses must also have a minimum of 5 employees, annual sales between US$35,000 and US$15 million, and assets valued from US$100,000 to US$15 million. Applicants must be able to dedicate one week for a virtual or in-person bootcamp and commit three hours per week for an eight-week mentorship engagement.

Selected participants will receive specialized training and mentorship from industry experts to refine their growth strategies and enhance their investment appeal. With a strong focus on promoting gender equity in the business landscape, Growth4Her is an excellent platform for women entrepreneurs aiming to scale their businesses and access funding opportunities.

Those chosen for the program will gain invaluable insights into scaling their businesses sustainably, develop critical connections with investors, and increase their visibility within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
