Applications are currently being accepted for Growth4Her, an innovative six-month-long Investor Readiness Accelerator Programme specifically designed for women entrepreneurs located in the regions of West and Central Africa.

This unique initiative, G4Her, is dedicated to significantly reducing the gender-based financing disparity prevalent in Africa. It achieves this by equipping female entrepreneurs with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools. These resources empower them to evolve their ventures from small-scale operations into businesses with high growth potential that are attractive to investors.

The programme is keenly focused on assisting women in transforming their entrepreneurial ventures into entities that can scale and attract significant investment. By participating in Growth4Her, female entrepreneurs will gain access to a comprehensive suite of services designed to enhance their business acumen, including mentorship from industry experts, tailored business training, networking opportunities with potential investors, and insights into the strategies for effective business scaling.

We are excited to announce that the application portal is now open for the third cohort of this transformative programme. This particular cohort aims to identify and support women-led and women-owned businesses operating within Nigeria and Cameroon. To be eligible, these businesses should currently have a workforce ranging from five to 300 employees. Additionally, they should demonstrate a track record of generating sales valued between US$35,000 and US$15 million, alongside holding assets worth between US$100,000 and US$15 million.
